Keyword ของเราคือ There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request. หมายความว่า “user ที่เราใช้ logon มันไม่พร้อมใช้งาน หรือ ถูกลบไปแล้ว เนื่องจาก share network folder นี้ต้องมีการ login ก่อนเข้าใช้”
ประเด็นสำคัญ คือ
“เราต้อง Login ก่อนเข้า Share Network Folder” และปัญหาคือ “มัน login ไม่ผ่าน!”
แก้ง่ายมากโดยไปที่ปุ่ม Start > พิมพ์ credential คลิกที่ Credential Manager
หน้าต่างจะขึ้นมาแบบนี้
ให้หาชื่อเครื่องที่เราเข้าไม่ได้ ในที่นี้คือ ath5 จากนั้นเลือก Edit เพื่อใส่ Username และ Password ใหม่ หรือ จะเลือก Remove from Vault เลยก็ได้
ลองเข้าใหม่อีกครับ พิมพ์ \\ชื่อเครื่อง แค่นี้ก็สำเร็จ ถ้าไม่ได้ ให้ดูว่า error message บอกว่าอะไร จะได้แก้ปัญหาอื่นได้ถูกจุด
